The IQRF IDE allows to send a report (e-mail) to IQRF support either generated automatically (e.g. after a program crash) or by the user from the Help / Report an Issue menu. The user always has the option to refuse sending the report (e-mail).

All data sent is anonymous and, in compliance with GDPR, is used solely to improve the error correction process in the IQRF IDE application. The only identification in the message is your e-mail address. If you do not agree with this process, please refrain from sending the e-mail.

The e-mail contains:

•Problem name.

•User description (optional).

•Attached files (any file can be removed from the email if necessary):

oBug report file with diagnostics data (.txt file).

oIQRF IDE screen shot (.png file).

oIQRF IDE configuration file (.idecnfg file).

oCurrently opened IQRF IDE project file (.iqrfprj file). The file does not contain any user source files or hex data.
