LSB Least significant byte of the 2-byte offset (temperature) value used to calibrate the temperature. The value has the same coding as the standard temperature value. E.g. value 0xFFFF represents -1/16 °C = -0.0625 °C one point calibration offset.
MSB Same as above, but the most significant byte.
