Direct writing to certain MCU special function registers (see the IQRF OS User’s guide, chapter RAM access restrictions) is prohibited due to security reasons. Writing is possible via the macro writeToRAM. Additionally, there are predefined macros for the registers listed below. See the MCU datasheet for the meaning of these registers.
