PNUM = 0x04
This peripheral controls external serial
EEPROM memory. If the external serial EEPROM memory is not accessible or
missing, the ERROR_FAIL code is returned. Please note
that the part of the external EEPROM memory space can be used for Autoexec
and/or IO Setup.
